Pendine is a small coastal village and resort on the north shore of Carmarthen Bay.

With its beautiful expanse of golden beach which stretches for an incredible 7 miles, Pendine is a firm favourite amongst visitors. In the early 1900s the sands were used for car and motorcycle races. The firm flat surface of the beach created a race track that was better than many major roads of the time. In the 1920s the sands became the venue for record breaking speed attempts. The beach still holds motorsport races to this day, a thrilling activity to go and watch with all the family! With plenty of eateries and beach shops in the village, you’ll have everything you need on your doorstep and plenty of space on the sand for beach activities.
