The Farmhouse and The Barn are attached to one another, similar to a pair of semi-detached properties, but are completely separate and self-contained with their own entrances and no internal access between them. Guests therefore need to step outside to move from one property to the other. Each property also has its own private enclosed back garden rather than one shared outdoor space.
Kiln Park Farmhouse sleeps up to 7 guests across four bedrooms, while The Barn sleeps a further 6 guests across two bedrooms. This arrangement is ideal for larger groups who want to stay together in the same location while retaining the independence and privacy of two individual holiday homes.
Both properties are located on The Ranch fitness complex, where a popular local gym is open daily from 6am to 9pm, alongside The Ranch Padel, with indoor courts open from 6am to 11pm. These nearby facilities are a fantastic option for guests wishing to stay active or try something new during their stay. As the properties are situated within the same wider area, some associated activity and noise may be heard during operating hours.
